About TEDx Technical College for Girls in Taif
TEDxGirlsTechnicalCollegeInTaif is a locally organized event designed to bring our community together to share ideas worth spreading. Our mission is to foster dialogue, inspire innovation, and create meaningful connections between thought leaders, changemakers, and curious minds.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized. The TED Foundation doesn't fund or control TEDx events, but they do provide guidance and quality control to ensure the TEDx experience lives up to the TED standard.
Important: This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED. Our event follows TED's format and guidelines while celebrating local voices and ideas.
